This training experience is designed to prepare employees in the mining and energy industries to safely perform rock scaling operations. Participants will learn and practice proper unlodging techniques, identifying loose rocks visually, and using a virtual barrow in tunnel sections with different dimensions. Choose the tutorial mode for a self-paced and guided learning experience, or the evaluation mode for assessment and analytics. Learning Objectives and Activities: • Select and equip personal protective equipment (PPE). • Identify and control risks associated with the task. • Use different sized poles according to dimensions of tunnel sections. • Experience accidents and learn how to prevent them.
